Baidu, China's version of our Google, was sued by American's because the search engine blocks certain videos and articles for political reasons. The US district Court judge Furman said, "The First Amendment protects Baidu's right to advocate for systems of government other than democracy just as surely as it protects plaintiffs' rights to advocate for democracy." I agree with the decision because this is a Chinese business and I do not believe the US has any say in the case or jurisdiction.
