DC Circ. Rejects Drone Strike Suit’s ‘Political Questions’

Law360, New York (June 30, 2017, 3:41 PM EDT) — The District of Columbia Circuit on Friday rejected a lawsuit by plaintiffs who said their family members were killed by a drone strike in Yemen, ruling that the suit was raising political questions, not legal ones.
