Just like Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi‘s temper, season 6 of Shahs Of Sunset is going to be EXPLOSIVE!
As we reported, the hit Bravo series returns this month, and judging from the trailer, there is going to be TONS of juicy drama!
Recently, we interviewed GG ahead of the premiere where she tells us EXCLUSIVELY what you can expect from the new season of Shahs!
“Well, it’s no surprise that I’m known to speak my mind and escalate matters into aggressive situations but there won’t be a great deal of that on my end this season. There are definitely some heated situations and I won’t spoil it by telling you who it involves, but I’m relatively fine with most of the other Shahs cast… at least right now.”
If you watch the show, you know that the 35-year-old is known to get heated, and has struggled with anger issues ever since the first episode! Can we expect a calm GG this season??
“Me? Anger issues? What are you taking about? Hahaha! This season I have made almost a complete 180° change when it comes to my anger. I checked myself into 2 different facilities last year and did a lot of work on myself. I was able to understand myself a little more which allowed me to be less angry with the world. I’m excited to show everyone we are all capable of change. Lots of people suffer with ego or anger issues and the best advice I can give is to get back in touch with your true self. When we truly love our authentic selves, we don’t get mad at others trying to hurt us because we see the hurt that must be inside of them. But don’t get it twisted, I’m made of fire and I still have my moments. Just not as often.”
In March, the Bravolebrity shocked the media when she ended her relationship with Shalom after being married for ONE MONTH! Will her split-second nuptials be televised??
“My relationship had only started a few weeks before the season began, so everyone will see my relationship run its course up until the proposal. Viewers will definitely see some intense situations between me and my soon to be ex-husband. It will be pretty difficult for me to watch and relive some of those moments.”
As seen in the trailer, the cast takes a trip to Israel where they get detained for questioning! Fortunately, GG clears up what happened.
“I’ve traveled to many countries around the world and it’s not unusual for officials to profile people and want to question them and their purpose for entering the country. Yes, we did get detained in Israel, but we were released after being individually questioned.”
If you’re one of her 477K Instagram followers, you know Golnesa isn’t afraid to speak her mind when it comes to politics. However, if you’re offended by what GG has to say, feel free to unfollow! She simply doesn’t care!
“I’ve never been a political person and quite frankly, I’ve always steered clear of those topics. But with our current presidential situation, I believe everyone became a bit more involved in politics and publicly voicing their opinions. I was born in Los Angeles and people still comment “If you don’t like it here then go home” and it confuses me. I mean, I thought I am home by being in my country of birth. So, I post political topics to let people know that I am a proud American but I will never stop fighting for my ethnic origins as well as for all ethnicities. I believe in equality. Every time I post about these things I lose about 1,000 or so followers but let’s face it, if they want to stop following me because I support peace and equality, then they’re doing me a favor by pushing that “unfollow” button.”
Since 2015, the reality TV personality has been vocal about her battle with rheumatoid arthritis, and even had to get a boob and butt job because her illness left her figure out of proportion. Sadly, her condition has not improved, nor is she receiving much support from her costars.
“Unfortunately, my health has not gotten any better. I’m still working around the clock with my doctors and specialists so we can find the right medication plan for me. I have come across an amazing natural product that has helped me in so many ways. Because of this, I have decided to create my own line from this natural product so that I can share it. As for my friends being more supportive, nothing has changed. I pray they never have to deal with a similar health issue because it’s truly debilitating and it hurts more when you feel like nobody believes you or cares.”
