Over 2000 Candidates Have Applied for Slavi’s Political Project. For Now.
Heidelberg, Germany –
Slavi Trifonov, the face of prime-time entertainment in Bulgaria, announced in the middle of September that he is initiating a political project. According to information released by the showman himself over 2000 applicants have sent him and his team a motivational letter and a CV. Trifonov admits that he is looking for support from successful Bulgarians abroad.
And his expectations were met. He informs the public that he’s been contacted by Bulgarians who have degrees from Harvard, Yale, and Cambridge. Trifonov has also received letters from successful Bulgarian businessmen abroad and last but not least – Bulgarians who are still living in the country – studying, working, being politically and culturally active have also applied for the showman’s project. However, the application is still open and those who wish to partake are free to send their e-mails.
Slavi admits that he is mind was blown by the positive feedback. The next stage of this project consists of meetings with the applicants. He will be interviewing the applicants alongside Bulgarian professors and businessmen, who have made successful careers outside of Bulgaria. The applicants will have to discuss three main subjects with the jury. Namely – the prosperity of the Bulgarian and the Bulgarian nation; education; juridical reform. Trifonov did not inform when and where the meetings will be taking place.
