UNDP lauds political parties on 18 point agreement

Dimapur, June 29 (EMN): The United Naga Democracy Party (UNDP), Dimapur has lauded the seven political parties of the State- BJP, NPF, NPCC, JD (U), DPP, NC and AAP for signing the 18-point agreement with the Ngaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) on Clean Election Campaign, at NBCC Platinum Hall, Kohima on June 22.
The UNDP believe that this movement will bring changes in the Naga political system. It also appealed all the Naga people to conduct a free and fair election.
The UNDP president, N. Hotongse Sangtam requested all the party candidates to acknowledge the agreement for the betterment of state and proper function in the central government.
